How to use Zameeno
A quick tour of finding a property in Hyderabad — and, once you sign in, listing your own.
Finding a property
Search and filter
On the home page, type a locality or keyword in the search box. Narrow results by type (plot, apartment, villa), budget and size — sizes are shown in square yards with square feet alongside.
Explore the map
Open the Map tab to see every listing as a price pin. The circles show Hyderabad's Inner Ring Road, Outer Ring Road and Regional Ring Road so you can judge location at a glance. Tap a pin to preview the property.
Use Near me
Tap 'Near me' and allow location access. Listings get sorted by distance from you, and a slider lets you limit results to a radius — handy when you're standing in the area you want to buy in.
Check price analysis
The Price analysis tab shows the going rate per square yard and per square foot for each locality, so you can tell whether a listing is priced fairly before you call.
Contact the seller
Open any listing to see photos, full details and what's nearby (schools, hospitals, metro). Reach the seller directly on WhatsApp or by phone — no middlemen.
Listing your property
You'll need a free account first. Sign in with your email — it takes under a minute.
Open 'List property'
Tap the 'List property' button in the top bar. Fill in the title, price and size — enter square yards for plots, or built-up square feet for homes.
Pin it on the map
Tap the exact spot on the map. Buyers searching 'Near me' will find your listing by this pin, so place it as accurately as you can.
Add photos and contact details
Upload clear photos — listings with photos get far more responses. Add your name and WhatsApp number so buyers can reach you directly.
Manage your listing
Once posted, your property appears in search, on the map and in price analysis. Sold it? Open your listing and delete it anytime — only you can remove your own posts.
